3/4 Hizb 37
< random >
۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 they have enraged us, 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 Thereupon We inspired Moses thus: Strike the sea with thy staff!" - whereupon it parted, and each part appeared like a mountain vast. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
