We gave Moses the Scripture, so [Muhammad] do not doubt that you are receiving it, just as We made it a guide for the Children of Israel. 23 When they were patient, We made from them leaders, guiding with Our Command and they were certain of Our verses. 24 Indeed your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning the matters in which they used to differ. 25 Hath this not guided them: how many generations We have destroyed before them amidst whose dwellings they walk? Verily therein are signs; will they not therefore hearken? 26 And do they not see that We send the water to the barren land and produce crops with it, so their animals and they themselves eat from it? So do they not perceive? 27 They say: "When will this Al-Fath (Decision) be (between us and you, i.e. the Day of Resurrection), if you are telling the truth?" 28 Say, "On the Day of Judgement it will be of no benefit to those who were bent on denying the truth, if they [then] believe! They will be granted no respite." 29 So turn away from them and wait. They too are waiting. 30
