It is He, Who has created for you (the sense of) hearing (ears), sight (eyes), and hearts (understanding). Little thanks you give. 78 It is God who has settled you on the earth and before Him you will all be assembled. 79 And He it is Who giveth life and causeth death, and His is the difference of night and day. Have ye then no sense? 80 On the contrary, they said the same as what the former people used to say. 81 They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 Say: "Unto whom belongs the earth and all that lives there on? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 84 They will quickly reply, "It belongs to God." Say, "Will you not, then, take heed?" 85 Ask them, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Great Throne?" 86 They will surely say: God. Say thou: will ye not then fear? 87 Say: 'In whose hand is the dominion of everything, protecting and Himself unprotected, if you have knowledge?' 88 They will reply spontaneously, "It is God." Ask them, "Why has falsehood bewitched you?" 89 Aye! We have brought them the truth and verily they are the liars. 90 No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him! 91 All-Knower of the unseen and the seen! Exalted be He over all that they associate as partners to Him! 92
