۞ AND [there came a time when] We inspired Moses thus: "Go forth with My servants by night: for, behold, you will be pursued!" 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 and treasures and a noble station; 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Said he, 'No indeed; surely my Lord is with me; He will guide me.' 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily! In this is indeed a sign (or a proof), yet most of them are not believers. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
