The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its appointed tremor. 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" - 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then. 8

Almighty God's Truth.
