Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
I swear by Ya Sin 1 By the Wise Qur'an, 2 that you (Muhammad) are a Messenger 3 pursuing a straight way 4 the sending down of the All-mighty, the All-wise, 5 So that you may warn these people whose ancestors were not warned, they are therefore unaware. 6 Surely most of them merit the decree of chastisement; so they do not believe. 7 We will certainly put iron collars on their heel's which will come up to their chins, so that they will not be able to raise their heads. 8 and We have put a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and have covered them up, so they are unable to see. 9 It is the same to them whether you warn them or you warn them not, they will not believe. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 Verily We shall give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before and that which they leave behind, and of all things have We taken account in a clear Book (of evidence). 12
