In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Alif. Lam. Mim. 1 These are verses of the wise Book. 2 providing guidance and grace unto the doers of good 3 for those who attend to their prayers and pay the zakat and who have firm faith in the Hereafter: 4 It is they who are on true guidance from their Lord, and it is they who shall prosper. 5 And of mankind is he who payeth for mere pastime of discourse, that he may mislead from Allah's way without knowledge, and maketh it the butt of mockery. For such there is a shameful doom. 6 And when Our revelations are recited unto him he turneth away in pride as if he heard them not, as if there were a deafness in his ears. So give him tidings of a painful doom. 7 Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds - for them are the Gardens of Pleasure. 8 to abide therein in accordance with God's true promise: for He alone is almighty, truly wise. 9 He created the skies without a support, as you can see, and placed stabilisers in the earth that you may dwell at ease as it revolves; and dispersed on it all varieties of creatures, and He sent down water from the skies and grew all kinds of splendid things upon it. 10 Such is the creation of Allah; now show me what, other than Him, created! No, the harmdoers are in clear error. 11
