▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ So I call the placement of the stars to witness -- 75 And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Then why do you dissimulate this Revelation? 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 And ye are at that moment looking 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 and if he be a Companion of the Right: 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 And if he is one of the rejecters, the erring ones, 92 Then an entertainment of boiling water. 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
