Say: (O Muhammad SAW to those polytheists, pagans, etc.) "Call upon those whom you assert (to be associate gods) besides Allah, they possess not even the weight of an atom (or a small ant), either in the heavens or on the earth, nor have they any share in either, nor there is for Him any supporter from among them. 22 No intercession availeth with Him save for him whom He permitteth. Yet, when fear is banished from their hearts, they say: What was it that your Lord said? They say: The Truth. And He is the Sublime, the Great. 23 ۞ Say: "Who gives you sustenance, from the heavens and the earth?" Say: "It is Allah; and certain it is that either we or ye are on right guidance or in manifest error!" 24 Say: Ye will not be asked of what we committed, nor shall we be asked of what ye do. 25 Say: 'Our Lord will bring us all together, then, with truth, He will rightly judge between us. He is the Opener, the Knower. 26 Say: Show me those whom you have joined with Him as associates; by no means (can you do it). Nay! He is Allah, the Mighty, the Wise. 27 We have sent thee not, except to mankind entire, good tidings to bear, and warning; but most men do not know it. 28 They say, 'When shall this promise come to pass, if you speak the truth?' 29 Say: 'You have the tryst of a day that you shall not put back by a single hour nor put it forward.' 30
