۞ O people! You are dependant on Allah; and Allah only is the Independent (Absolute, Not Needing Anything), the Most Praiseworthy. 15 He could take you away if He pleased and bring a new creation (in your place). 16 And this is not hard to Allah. 17 No burden-bearer shall bear another's burden, and if some over-laden soul should call out for someone else to carry his load, not the least portion of it will be borne for him, even though he were a near relative. You can only warn those who fear their Lord in the unseen, and pray regularly. Anyone who purifies himself will benefit greatly from doing so. To God all shall return. 18 And the blind and the sighted are not equal! 19 nor are darkness and light 20 Nor the shade and the sun's heat. 21 nor are the living and the dead equal. Allah makes to hear whosoever He will, but you cannot make those who are in their graves hear. 22 You are no more than a warner. 23 We have sent you in all truth as a bearer of glad news and a warner. No nation who lived before was left without a warner. 24 And if they belie you, those before them also belied. Their Messengers came to them with clear signs, and with the Scriptures, and the book giving light. 25 Then seized I those who disbelieved, and how intense was My abhorrence! 26
