۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 So We removed them from gardens and springs 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
