The people of Noah denied the messengers 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger to you; 107 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 108 And I ask of you no hire therefor; my hire is but with the Lord of the worlds. 109 Hence, remain conscious of God, and pay heed unto me!" 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we place our faith in thee, even though [only] the most abject [of people] follow thee?" 111 He said, "What knowledge do I have of their doings? 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 And I am not going to drive away the believers; 114 I am only a Prophet. 115 'Noah' they replied, 'if you do not desist you shall be of those stoned' 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 Judge among us and save me and the believers with me". 118 Wherefore We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Then after it, We drowned the rest. 120 In this there is evidence (of the truth) but most of them do not have any faith. 121 Verily Your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 122
