Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Have We not opened your breast for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him))? 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 And did We not exalt your fame? 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 6 So when thou art empty, labour, 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
