No, by the moon! 32 Consider the night when it departs, 33 And the dawn when it shineth forth, 34 Indeed, the Fire is of the greatest [afflictions] 35 a warning to humans, 36 whether one steps forward to embrace the faith or one turns away from it. 37 Every soul will be in captivity for its deeds 38 save the People of the Right Hand 39 In Gardens; they shall be asking, 40 About Al-Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, disbelievers, etc.), (And they will say to them): 41 "what led you into hell?" 42 They said, “We never used to offer the prayer.” 43 “Nor used to feed the needy.” 44 And we used to enter into vain discourse with those who entered into vain discourses. 45 And we used to deny the Day of Judgment, 46 till the Certain came to us.' -- 47 The intercession of the intercessors shall then be of no avail to them. 48 Why then do they turn away from the admonition 49 like startled wild donkeys 50 Fleeing from a lion? 51 Forsooth, each one of them wants to be given scrolls (of revelation) spread out! 52 By no means. In fact they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 Nay, verily, this is an admonition 54 So whoever wills may heed advice from it. 55 And they will not mind unless Allah please. He is worthy to be feared and worthy to forgive. 56
