Indeed, We created the human. We know the whisperings of his soul, and are closer to him than the jugular vein. 16 Behold! when the two receivers receive - one on the right hand and one on the left a sitter. 17 Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record]. 18 And death's agony comes in truth; that is what thou wast shunning! 19 and [in the end] the trumpet [of resurrection] will be blown: that will be the Day of a warning fulfilled. 20 And every soul will come, with it a driver and a witness. 21 You were heedless of this.
