The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

CONSIDER the fig and the olive, 1 By Mount Sinai, 2 And by oath of this secure land, 3 Surely We created man of the best stature 4 and We shall return him to the lowest of the low, 5 except the righteously striving believers who will have a never ending reward. 6 What, then, [O man,] could henceforth cause thee to give the lie to this moral law? 7 Is not Allah the Greatest Judge upon all judges? 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
