So I do call to witness what ye see, 38 and by what you do not see, 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 And it is not the speech of a poet; how little do you believe! 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 This is the Revelation sent down from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 then, We would surely have cut from him the aorta (vein) 46 None of you would be able to prevent Us from doing this to him. 47 But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 and surely it will be a cause of regret for the unbelievers. 50 for, verily, it is truth absolute! 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
