And those who disbelieve say: when we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we, for sooth, be brought forth? 67 It was promised to us and to our fathers before us. It is only ancient legends." 68 Say, "Travel through the land and see how terrible was the end of the criminal ones". 69 And grieve not for them and be not distressed because of what they plan. 70 And they say, “When will this promise come, if you are truthful?” 71 Say, "Perhaps it is close behind you - some of that for which you are impatient. 72 And surely your Lord is the Lord of grace to men, but most of them are not grateful. 73 And indeed your Lord knows what is hidden in their bosoms, and what they disclose. 74 There is nothing of the hidden in the heavens and the earth that is not recorded in the luminous Book. 75 Surely this Qur'an explains to the Children of Israel most of the matters concerning which they have disagreements 76 It is a guidance and grace for those who believe. 77 Certainly your Lord will decide between them in His wisdom, He is the Almighty, the All Knowing, 78 Therefore put your trust in Allah, for you are upon a clear truth. 79 Lo! thou canst not make the dead to hear, nor canst thou make the deaf to hear the call when they have turned to flee; 80 Nor canst thou be a guide to the blind, (to prevent them) from straying: only those wilt thou get to listen who believe in Our Signs, and they will bow in Islam. 81 ۞ And when the time for the fulfilment of Our Word against them will come, We shall bring forth for them a beast from the earth who will speak to them because people did not believe in Our Signs. 82
