And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 And We have spread out the earth, how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We! 48 and We created pairs of all things so that you might reflect. 49 Therefore flee unto God! I am a clear warner from Him to you. 50 And do not ascribe divinity to aught side by side with God: verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him!" 51 Likewise, no Messenger came to those before them, but they said: "A sorcerer or a madman!" 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed. 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them (i.e. provision for themselves or for My creatures) nor do I ask that they should feed Me (i.e. feed themselves or My creatures). 57 For Allah is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever). 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 Then, woe to those who disbelieve (in Allah and His Oneness Islamic Monotheism) from (that) their Day which they have been promised (for their punishment). 60
