Say: "God is sufficient as witness between me and you." He knows what is in the heavens and the earth. It is those who believe in falsehood and disbelieve in God who will perish. 52 Now they challenge thee to hasten the coming upon them of [God's] chastisement: and indeed, had not a term been set [for it by God,] that suffering would already have come upon them! But indeed, it will most certainly come upon them of a sudden, and they will be taken unawares. 53 They challenge thee to hasten the coming upon them of [God's] chastisement: but, verily, hell is bound to encompass all who deny the truth 54 On the Day the punishment will cover them from above them and from below their feet and it is said, "Taste [the result of] what you used to do." 55 O my bondmen who believe! Lo! My earth is spacious. Therefor serve Me only. 56 Everyone shall taste the death. Then unto Us you shall be returned. 57 And those who have believed and done righteous deeds - We will surely assign to them of Paradise [elevated] chambers beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. Excellent is the reward of the [righteous] workers 58 Who persevere and in their Lord trust! 59 How many creatures cannot fend for themselves! God provides for them and for you. He is the All Hearing, the All Knowing. 60 If indeed thou ask them who has created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon (to his Law), they will certainly reply, "Allah". How are they then deluded away (from the truth)? 61 Allah extends provision for whom He wills of His servants and restricts for him. Indeed Allah is, of all things, Knowing. 62 And if indeed thou ask them who it is that sends down rain from the sky, and gives life therewith to the earth after its death, they will certainly reply, "Allah!" Say, "Praise be to Allah!" But most of them understand not. 63
