Prostration

Hast thou considered him who turns his back 33 And gave little, and then stopped? 34 Hath he knowledge of the Unseen so that he seeth? 35 Or hath he not had news of what is in the books of Moses 36 And of Ibrahim (Abraham) who fulfilled (or conveyed) all that (what Allah ordered him to do or convey), 37 That no one who carries a burden bears another's load; 38 And that there is not for man except that [good] for which he strives 39 And that his effort is going to be seen - 40 and in the end he will be repaid for it in full; 41 That to thy Lord is the final Goal; 42 And that it is He Who causeth to laugh and causeth to weep. 43 It is He who causes death and gives life. 44 And that He (Allah) creates the pairs, male and female, 45 From a sperm-drop when it is emitted 46 and that upon Him is the second creation 47 And that it is He Who enricheth and preserveth property. 48 and that it is He alone who sustains the brightest star; 49 And that it is He (Allah) Who destroyed the former 'Ad (people), 50 And Thamud, and did not leave them, 51 And also the people of Nuh aforetime. Verily they were even greater wrong-doers and more contumacious. 52 and He overthrew the subverted cities [of Sodom and Gomorrah] 53 So they were covered with whatever covered them? 54 Concerning which then, of the bounties of thy Lord, canst thou dispute? 55 This is a (Prophet) like that of the ancient warners (Prophets). 56 The Imminent is near at hand; 57 There shall be none besides Allah to remove it. 58 So are you surprised at this fact? 59 Will you laugh at it rather than weep? 60 While you are proudly sporting? 61 But fall ye down in prostration to Allah, and adore (Him)! ۩ 62
Almighty God's Truth.
End of Surah: The Stars (Al-Najm). Sent down in Mecca after Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas) before He Frowned ('Abasa)

Notes and Instructions
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
