Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the sky is cleft asunder; 1 And when the stars fall down. 2 when the seas swarm over, 3 And when the [contents of] graves are scattered, 4 then a soul shall know its works, the former and the latter. 5 O man! What is it that lures you away from your bountiful Sustainer, 6 Who created you, then made you complete, then made you symmetrical? 7 Into whatever form He pleased He constituted you. 8 Nay! But ye do reject Right and Judgment! 9 Yet over you there are watchers, 10 Noble and recording; 11 They know (and understand) all that ye do. 12 Indeed, the righteous will be in pleasure, 13 whereas the wicked will be in Hell; 14 roasting therein on the Day of Doom, 15 nor shall they ever be absent from it. 16 And what shall make thee know whatsoever the Day of Requital is? 17 Again, what shall teach thee what is the Day of Doom? 18 The day on which no soul will have the authority over any other soul; and on that day, the entire command belongs to Allah. 19
