Do the unbelievers, then, believe that they can take any of My creatures as their guardians beside Me? Verily We have prepared Hell to welcome the unbelievers. 102 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Shall We tell you the greatest losers in respect of (their) deeds? 103 "Those whose efforts have been wasted in this life while they thought that they were acquiring good by their deeds! 104 "They are those who deny the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord and the Meeting with Him (in the Hereafter). So their works are in vain, and on the Day of Resurrection, We shall not give them any weight. 105 Thus it is that their recompense is hell, because they disbelieved and held My communications and My apostles in mockery. 106 Indeed those who believed and did good deeds their welcome are the Gardens of Paradise. 107 there they will abide for ever, with no desire to be removed from there." 108 Say: If the sea were ink for the words of my Lord, the sea would surely be consumed before the words of my Lord are exhausted, though We were to bring the like of that (sea) to add 109 Say: I am only a mortal like you; it is revealed to me that your god is one Allah, therefore whoever hopes to meet his Lord, he should do good deeds, and not join any one in the service of his Lord. 110

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
