Verily, for the Righteous, are Gardens of Delight, in the Presence of their Lord. 34 Shall We treat the Muslims like criminals? 35 What has come upon you that you judge in such a wise? 36 Or have ye a book through which ye learn- 37 that you will be granted whatever you choose? 38 Or have you received from Us an agreement confirmed by an oath extending to the day of resurrection that you shall surely have what you demand? 39 Ask them, which of them will guarantee that! 40 Or have they other partners [besides God]? Let them bring forth their other partners, if what they say be true. 41 On the day when it befalleth in earnest, and they are ordered to prostrate themselves but are not able, 42 downcast will be their eyes, with ignominy overwhelming them - seeing that they had been called upon [in vain] to prostrate themselves [before Him] while they were yet sound [and alive]. 43 Then leave Me Alone with such as belie this Quran. We shall punish them gradually from directions they perceive not. 44 for, behold, though I may give them rein for a while, My subtle scheme is exceedingly firm! 45 Askest thou a hire from them so that they are laden with debt? 46 Or that they possess the hidden, so they are writing it? 47 So wait with patience for the Command of thy Lord, and be not like the Companion of the Fish,- when he cried out in agony. 48 Had not grace from his Lord reached him, he had surely been cast into the wilderness in a plight. 49 But his Lord chose him and placed him among the righteous. 50 And lo! those who disbelieve would fain disconcert thee with their eyes when they hear the Reminder, and they say: Lo! he is indeed mad; 51 Whilst it is no more than reminder for the people of the world. 52
