But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And what you do not see 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 And it is not the speech of a poet. Little it is that ye believe 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 and then severed his life vein; 46 And not one of you could have withheld Us from him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 and (on the Day of Judgment) this will be a great source of regret for the unbelievers. 50 for, verily, it is truth absolute! 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah). Sent down in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
