6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

(Muhammad), say, "I seek protection from the Cherisher of mankind, 1 The King of men, 2 The god of men, 3 From the evil of the whisperings of the slinking (Shaitan), 4 Who whispereth in the hearts of mankind, 5 "from all [temptation to evil by] invisible forces as well as men," 6

God the Almighty always says the truth.

There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
