Indeed, those whom the angels take [in death] while wronging themselves - [the angels] will say, "In what [condition] were you?" They will say, "We were oppressed in the land." The angels will say, "Was not the earth of Allah spacious [enough] for you to emigrate therein?" For those, their refuge is Hell - and evil it is as a destination. 97 But excepted shall be the truly helpless - be they men or women or children - who cannot bring forth any strength and have not been shown the right way: 98 haply them God will yet pardon, for God is All-pardoning, All-forgiving. 99 ۞ Whoever emigrates for the cause of God will find many places of refuge in the land and plentiful provision. Those who leave home for the cause of God and His Messenger; but is then overtaken by death, shall be recompensed by God. God is most forgiving and ever-merciful. 100
