۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 and, indeed, that is a most mighty oath, if you only knew -- 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 In a Register well-protected; 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 and make it your daily bread [as it were] to call the truth a lie? 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 And you are at that time looking on - 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us,] 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 And if he is one of those on the right hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 And burning in hell. 94 Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
