Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Gross rivalry diverts you, 1 until you visit the graves. 2 But no, indeed, you shall soon know. 3 Again, no indeed; but soon you shall know. 4 No indeed; did you know with the knowledge of certainty, 5 You have indeed to behold Hell; 6 And again, you shall see it with certainty of sight! 7 Then on that day you shall most certainly be questioned about the boons. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
