In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Ya'. Sin. 1 By the wise Qur'an. 2 Most surely you are one of the apostles 3 upon the straight path. 4 A revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful, 5 So that you may warn these people whose ancestors were not warned, they are therefore unaware. 6 Undoubtedly, it (their disbelief) has proved true for most of them, so they will not believe. 7 Surely We have placed chains on their necks, and these reach up to their chins, so they have their heads raised aloft. 8 And We have placed before them a barrier and behind them a barrier, so We have covered them, so that they see not. 9 thus, it is all one to them whether thou warnest them or dost not warn them: they will not believe. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 Verily, We give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before (them), and their traces [their footsteps and walking on the earth with their legs to the mosques for the five compulsory congregational prayers, Jihad (holy fighting in Allah's Cause) and all other good and evil they did, and that which they leave behind], and all things We have recorded with numbers (as a record) in a Clear Book. 12
