The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

I swear by the runners breathing pantingly, 1 then raise sparks of fire (by their hoofs), 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 Raising clouds of dust, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 and all that is [hidden] in men's hearts is bared 10 Surely on that Day will their Lord be fully informed about them. 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
