I swear by all that you can see, 38 and by what you do not see, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer. Little is it that you reflect! 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 Then none among you would be his saviour. 47 Indeed, it is a Reminder to those who fear Allah, 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 But truly (Revelation) is a cause of sorrow for the Unbelievers. 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 So glorify the name of thy Lord Most High. 52
