Tell also of Moses in the Book. He was indeed a chosen one, and was a messenger and a prophet. 51 We called out to him from the right side of the mount and made him draw near to be in close communion with Us; 52 and We gave him as his helper, out of Our mercy, his brother Aaron, having made him a prophet. 53 Tell also of Ishmael in the Book. He was true to his promise and was a messenger and a prophet. 54 He used to command his people to offer prayer and give charity, and was liked by his Lord. 55 And recite in the Book the account of Idris. He was a man of truth, a Prophet; 56 We raised him to a high place. 57 Those were some of the prophets on whom Allah did bestow His Grace,- of the posterity of Adam, and of those who We carried (in the Ark) with Noah, and of the posterity of Abraham and Israel of those whom We guided and chose. Whenever the Signs of (Allah) Most Gracious were rehearsed to them, they would fall down in prostrate adoration and in tears. ۩ 58 ۞ But they are succeeded by a generation who neglect their devotional obligations and follow only earthly pleasures; but they will reach the wrong road and meet destruction, 59 Excepted, however, shall be those who repent and attain to faith and do righteous deeds: for it is they who will enter paradise and will not be wronged in any way: 60 Gardens Everlasting, which the Compassionate hath promised unto his bondmen, unseen; verily His promise is ever to be fulfilled. 61 There they shall hear no idle talk, but only 'Peace.' There they shall have their provision at dawn and evening. 62 This is the Paradise those of Our creatures will inherit who take heed and fear the displeasure of God. 63 We never descend except at your Lord's command. What is before us and behind us and all that lies between belong to Him. Your Lord is not forgetful. 64 "Lord of the heavens and of the earth, and of all that is between them; so worship Him, and be constant and patient in His worship: knowest thou of any who is worthy of the same Name as He?" 65
