Do you think that it is harder to create you or the heavens? Allah has created it. 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 surely, Hell will be their refuge. 39 And for one who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from desire, 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 They will question thee concerning the Hour, when it shall berth. 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 The extent of its knowledge goes to your Lord. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46
