Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Have you seen he who belied the Recompense? 1 It is he who pushes the orphan away, 2 And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. 3 Woe to the worshippers 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), 6 And refuse Al-Ma'un (small kindnesses e.g. salt, sugar, water, etc.). 7

Almighty God's Truth.
