The Poets (Alshu'araa')
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ TA SIN MIM. 1 These are the verses of the Clear Book. 2 Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it. 5 Indeed they have denied, so now soon coming upon them are the tidings of what they used to scoff at. 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 Verily, in this is an Ayah (proof or sign), yet most of them (polytheists, pagans, etc., who do not believe in Resurrection) are not believers. 8 And indeed your Lord – indeed only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
