Have you seen the one who turned away 33 and grudgingly spends very little for the cause of God? 34 Has he knowledge of the unseen, so that he sees? 35 Did not the news reach him, of that which is mentioned in the Books of Moosa? 36 And of Abraham who fulfilled his trust? -- 37 That no soul laden bears the load of another, 38 and that man shall have only that for which he strives; 39 And that his endeavour shall be presently observed. 40 and will be fully recompensed for his deeds. 41 And that the end is only towards your Lord? 42 and that it is He who makes to laugh, and that makes to weep, 43 that it is He who causes death and gives life; 44 And that He created pairs, the male and the female 45 From Nutfah (drops of semen male and female discharges) when it is emitted; 46 And that only upon Him is the next revival? 47 And that it is He (Allah) Who gives much or a little (or gives wealth and contentment), 48 and that He is the Lord of (the star) Sirius, 49 that He it is Who destroyed the ancient 'Ad, 50 Thamud, 51 and before them the nation of Noah, they exceeded in evil and were insolent. 52 And the overturned towns He hurled down 53 and then covered them from sight forever. 54 On which then of your Lord's signs do you cast doubt? 55 He who warns you is one of the warners of old. 56 The Imminent is imminent; 57 No (soul) but Allah can lay it bare. 58 Do you then wonder at this recital (the Quran)? 59 and do they laugh instead of weeping, 60 Will you remain proudly heedless? 61 Bow instead in adoration before God and worship Him. ۩ 62
