Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

SAY: "I seek refuge with the Sustainer of the rising dawn, 1 "from the evil of aught that He has created, 2 "and from the evil of the black darkness whenever it descends, 3 And from the evil of the women blowers upon knots, 4 “And from the evil of the envier when he is envious of me.” 5

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
