The people of Noah denied the messengers 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 I am for you a faithful Messenger, 107 "So fear Allah, and obey me. 108 And I ask of you no wage therefor; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They said, “Shall we believe in you, whereas the abject people are with you?” 111 Noah said: "What knowledge do I have about their deeds? 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He said: "O my Lord! truly my people have rejected me. 117 Therefor judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgment, and save me and those believers who are with me. 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 Thereafter We drowned those who remained behind. 120 Verily herein is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 122
