Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Say thou; I seek refuge with the Lord of the daybreak. 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 “And from the evil of the matter that darkens when it sets.” 3 From the evil of sorceresses who blow incantations on knots, 4 And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy. 5

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
