Say: I am only a warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer (of all): 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- Exalted in Might, able to enforce His Will, forgiving again and again." 66 Say: It is tremendous tidings 67 To which you pay no heed. 68 I had no knowledge of the exalted chiefs when they contended: 69 I am told (about matters) by means of revelation only because I am a clear warner.” 70 When thy Lord said unto the angels: Lo! I am about to create a mortal out of mire, 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 Then the angels bowed themselves all together, 73 except Iblis who puffed himself up with pride and became a disbeliever. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis (Satan)! What prevents you from prostrating yourself to one whom I have created with Both My Hands. Are you too proud (to fall prostrate to Adam) or are you one of the high exalted?" 75 Answered [Iblis]: "I am better than he: Thou hast created me out of fire, whereas him Thou hast created out of clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. 77 “And indeed My curse is upon you till the Day of Judgement.” 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 Answered He: "Verily, so [be it:] thou shalt be among those who are granted respite 80 for an appointed time". 81 He said: Then, by Thy might, I surely will beguile them every one, 82 "Except Your chosen slaves amongst them (faithful, obedient, true believers of Islamic Monotheism)." 83 He said: The truth then is and the truth do I speak: 84 That I shall fill hell with thee and with such of them as follow thee, together. 85 Say, [O Muhammad], "I do not ask you for the Qur'an any payment, and I am not of the pretentious 86 This is nothing else but a reminder to all the worlds, 87 "And you shall certainly know the truth of it after a while. 88
