The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 So. he who has done an atom's weight of good shall see it 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8
