And certainly We have made strongholds in the heaven and We have made it fair seeming to the beholders. 16 and We have made them secure against every satanic force accursed 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and him there followeth a flame gleaming. 18 And We spread out the earth, and placed mountains as anchors in it, and in it grew all things by a proper measure. 19 And We have appointed thereon for you livelihoods and also for those of whom ye are not the providers. 20 For, no single thing exists that does not have its source with Us; and nought do We bestow from on high unless it be in accordance with a measure well-defined. 21 We send rain-impregnated winds, and water from the sky which you drink, but you are not the keepers of its store. 22 And indeed it is We Who give life and it is We Who cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 And verily We know the eager among you and verily We know the laggards. 24 and it is your Lord who will gather them. He is Wise, Knowing. 25
