Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are you more difficult to create or the heavens? He built it, 27 High has He reared its vault and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be; 28 And He made dark its night, and brought forth its sunshine. 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 He brought forth from it its water and its pasturage. 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 As convenience for you and your cattle. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see - 36 Then as for him who is inordinate, 37 And preferred the worldly life, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 Wherein art thou (concerned) with the declaration thereof? 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
