O ye messengers! Eat of the good things, and do right. Lo! I am Aware of what ye do. 51 And lo! this your religion is one religion and I am your Lord, so keep your duty unto Me. 52 But their nations broke their tasks into pieces; every group happy with what it has. 53 So leave them in their intoxication till a time. 54 Do they think that by all the wealth and offspring with which We provide them 55 We hasten in good works for them? No, they are not aware. 56 Indeed those who are overwhelmed due to the fear of their Lord – 57 And those who in the signs of their Lord do believe. 58 and who do not ascribe divinity to aught but their Sustainer, 59 And they who give what they give while their hearts are fearful because they will be returning to their Lord - 60 These are hastening on to good, and they are therein foremost. 61 On no soul do We place a burden greater than it can bear: before Us is a record which clearly shows the truth: they will never be wronged. 62 But their hearts are in ignorance of this (Koran); and they have deeds besides that which they are doing. 63 Until, when We grasp those of them who lead a luxurious life with punishment, behold! They make humble invocation with a loud voice. 64 Supplicate not this day! Assuredly ye will not be helped by Us. 65 My communications were indeed recited to you, but you used to turn back on your heels, 66 Insolently, treating them like tales told at night." 67 Should they not think upon the saying? Or, did anything come upon them that had not come upon their ancient forefathers? 68 Or do they not recognize their Messenger, and so deny him? 69 Or do they say that there is madness in him? Nay, he has brought them the Truth and it is the Truth that most of them disdain. 70 And should the truth follow their low desires, surely the heavens and the earth and all those who are therein would have perished. Nay! We have brought to them their reminder, but from their reminder they turn aside. 71 (Do they disbelieve because) you asked them for payment? The reward that you will receive from your Lord is the best. He is the best Provider. 72 (Muhammad), you certainly have called them to the right path, 73 And lo! those who believe not in the Hereafter are indeed astray from the path. 74 ۞ Even if We showed them mercy and relieved them of their afflictions, they would still persist in their transgression, wandering blindly. 75 (They are such) that We seized them with chastisement (and yet) they did not humble themselves before their Lord, nor do they entreat 76 Until when We have opened before them a door of severe punishment, immediately they will be therein in despair. 77
