The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 Who brings out the pastures 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 He who purifies himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
