۞ By inspiration we told Moses: "Travel by night with my servants; for surely ye shall be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 Most surely these are a small company; 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 And when the two parties saw each other, the companions of Musa said: verily we are overtaken. 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 In the meantime We made the others approach that place. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
