The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the chargers panting, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And verily to that he is witness. 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And the hearts' contents shall be brought into the open? 10 That their Lord had been Well-acquainted with them, (even to) that Day? 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
