Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the heaven is split asunder, 1 And when the stars fall down. 2 When the oceans begin to flow, 3 and when graves are laid open, 4 every soul will see the result of its deeds - those recorded before his death and those which will produce either virtue or evil after his death. 5 O man! What has made you careless concerning your Lord, the Most Generous? 6 Him Who created thee. Fashioned thee in due proportion, and gave thee a just bias; 7 He moulded you into whatever shape He willed. 8 By no means! Aye, ye belie the Requital. 9 And indeed, [appointed] over you are keepers, 10 noble recorders, 11 who know what you do. 12 The virtuous ones will live in bliss 13 And most surely the wicked are in burning fire, 14 Which they will enter on the Day of Judgment, 15 And will not be removed from it. 16 And what could make thee conceive what that Judgment Day will be? 17 Again, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgment is! 18 A day on which no soul hath power at all for any (other) soul. The (absolute) command on that day is Allah's. 19
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
