VERILY, [O believer,] it is We who have bestowed from on high this Qur'an upon thee, step by step - truly a bestowal from on high! 23 Therefore wait patiently for the command of your Lord, and obey not from among them a sinner or an ungrateful one. 24 And mention the name of your Lord [in prayer] morning and evening 25 and prostrate yourself before Him at night, and extol His Glory during the long watches of the night. 26 Verily! These (disbelievers) love the present life of this world, and put behind them a heavy Day (that will be hard). 27 It is We Who created them, and strengthened their skeleton; and We can replace them with others like them, whenever We will. 28 This is a reminder. Let whoever wishes, take the right path to his Lord. 29 But you will not unless God wills; surely God is ever All-knowing, All-wise. 30 He admits to His Mercy whomsoever He pleases. As for the wrong-doers, He has prepared for them a grievous chastisement. 31
